Adapting to COVID-19: Mindful Monday Drop-In

Audience: Students and staff

Session Description:

Join us for our regular drop-in session of Mindful/Meditation Mondays. These sessions are facilitated by guest counsellors from across the BC post-secondary system. Dylan will guide us through an activity and assist us in continuing to learn new skills in becoming more mindful in our daily lives.

We hope you make these sessions a regular part of your weekly schedule.

Bios:

Dylan Le Roy, Ma, RCC has worked in post-secondary for 20 years and has been a Clinical Counsellor for 11 years. Dylan began his post-secondary career as a career advisor at SFU where he co-developed the Peer Educator Program. After completing his MA in Counselling Psychology, he worked with the City of Surrey and the RCMP supporting youth and their families. He returned to SFU and worked as a Clinical Counsellor where he provided individual and group counselling, supervised students, and worked in the threat assessment team. Dylan has been at Douglas for the past 2 years and deeply appreciates the opportunity to support students, faculty, and staff.
