Adapting to COVID-19: Mindful Monday Drop-In

Session Description:

Join us for our second drop-in session of Mindful/Meditation Mondays. These sessions are facilitated by guest counsellors from across the BC post-secondary system. Anuschka will guide us through an activity and assist us in continuing to learn new skills in becoming more mindful in our daily lives.

We hope you make these sessions a regular part of your weekly schedule.

Bio:

Anuschka Naidoo, MA, RCC has been a counsellor for the last 8 years, but is new to Douglas College. Anuschka comes from the YMCA of Greater Vancouver where she established the Y Mind Group that is now a Provincially funded program running in over 25 communities across B.C.  Anuschka uses evidence-based tools of mindfulness and behavioural approaches to support youth and adults to learn healthy coping strategies to enrich their lives and find purpose.

This event is free. To ensure we have an inclusive and welcoming environment for all, we have added registration to our online office sessions.
